GNT Engineering is a privately owned registered organisation that was formed to carry
out R&D, Product Design and Manufacturing.
GNT’s Principal is Mr. Terrance Priest has over 40 years experience in R&D, prototyping and Manufacturing. Covering a wide spectrum in electronic products, including marine LED tracking and monitoring energy solutions and most recently solar PV management.
GNT provides solutions covering reverse power relays, Zero Export and Controlled Export of solar generated PV (photo voltaic-sun providing energy) .
Mr.Priest has been directly responsible for some 360 development and manufacturing projects for clients. Our 40 years of expertise has been built on a passion of delivering on client’s projects with innovated solutions. GNT prides itself in working as a partnership with its clients to deliver new innovation products. Product Design is critical and must be delivered on both internal systems layout and external functionality. Our strategy is to design, test, evaluate and then if required, modify the design based on analysis of the prototype. Critical in this phase is to develop the prototype, which is provided to the client for final evaluation and testing. Upon completion of evaluation any testing, modifications and improvements are incorporated.

There are dedicated devices that provide zero export thereby preventing any excess solar PV from being exported.
In addition there are dedicated devices with pre-programmed set point that allow for a maximum, as directed by Authorities export of solar PV to the grid e.g. 2.5kw/h.
